Technology Stack: TouchDesigner + Web Application + Mixpanel Analytics Dashboard
We developed a system that transforms a user’s photo into a custom video using TouchDesigner, then hosts that video on a web app. Users access their video via a QR code and can download or share directly to social media. Integrated Mixpanel to capture detailed user behavior (clicks, views, shares, etc.) Combining interactive visuals with a data-rich web delivery system created a highly engaging and measurable user experience.

We led the front-end development and successfully deployed a responsive web application that brings the interactive shopping experience to life. we integrated three.js animations to enhance visual engagement and worked on consolidating multiple external large language model (LLM) vendors into a unified backend, streamlining the AI-driven shopping assistant experience. Additionally, we implemented a secure login dashboard for user management and built a flexible A/B testing infrastructure, allowing the team to iterate on UX and feature performance based on real-time user behavior and data insights.
